From the Master Chair to the Journey Inward
For over 17 years, I stood behind the chair as a master stylist and entrepreneur. I’ve spent my life making things look beautiful on the outside while quietly carrying the heavy armor of "The Strong One" on the inside. Like many of you, I was a master of efficiency, a provider for everyone else, and an expert at silence.
But the armor that protected me for thirty years eventually became too heavy to carry.
I created The Journey Inward because I realized that true strength isn't found in how much we can endure, but in how much we are willing to heal. Whether you are navigating family dynamics, recovering from a high-pressure career, or finally breaking generational blueprints, you don't have to do it alone.
I’m here to help you unbuckle the metal, reclaim your breath, and step into the purpose God has designed for you—free from the "Lion" that has been guarding your door.
The "Architecture of Reclaiming Breath"
YOUR HEALING ISN'T A DESTINATION YOU REACH ALONE;
IT'S A PRACTICE WE BEGIN HERE, TOGETHER

“The armor we build to protect ourselves often becomes the cage that keeps us from breathing. Reclamation begins when we find the courage to acknowledge the lion at the door and finally choose to step over the threshold.”

The
Affirmation
"Today, I give myself permission to lay down the armor that was once my only protection. I honor the "Strong One" for her service and her vigilance—she kept me safe when I didn't have the words. But I recognize that I am safe enough now to let her rest."
